PURCHASING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities :
- Receive,check and process all Request Form(RQF)/Ringisho into Purchase Orders
- Searching for The Reliable,Competence Suppliers that can support purchasing activities
- Support Asset Data to GA for input in Asset Management System
- Receiving,Checking invoices from suppliers and issuing payment voucher based on Purchase Order to Finannce Accounting
- Make a report for Purchase Orders Activities
- Control monthly PO for Copy Paper, Map, Paper, Stationary Office
- Issuing cash payment voucher and voucher settlement for direct purchase of monthly needs,sanitary office and kitchen supply
- Making monthly report of settlement
Requirements :
- Male, Max. 35 years old
- D3 / S1 from various majors, preferable Economic
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Energetic and love challenges
- Fluent in spoken and written english
- Computer literacy is a must
- Office location : Cibitung Office
- Working days include 2 Saturdays in a month
General Qualifications:
Energetic, honest, Charming, detail oriented, have a strong motivation in working, disciplined, able to work under pressure, able to work in team, able to operate Windows and Microsoft Office
