Persyaratan :
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for suppliers and equipment.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to warehouse on schedule.
- Process import documents for all purchase requirements
- Coordinate with other departments� users and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work to meet the criteria and standards required.
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price process, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present future material availability/analyze potential suppliers. Perform an annual review of exiting suppliers in terms of cost, quality, delivery and other pertinent factors.
- Maintain records of goods orders and received; maintain purchasing division performance data, procurement documentation, and all other pertinent information.
- Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source or trouble and take corrective action.
Requirements:
- Female/Male, Max. age 28 years old.
- Hold S1 Degree Public Relation , with min 1-2 years experiences in Food and Beverage Industry.
- Strong knowledge and analytical skill
- Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with excel, word and Power Point
- Familiar with ISO 22000:2005 (Safety Food)
