Roles & Responsibilities:
Financial Operations
- Will own and profit and loss statement and balance sheet of the company
- Will own and manage accounting and reporting process through
- Statutory compliance will lead statutory audit effects to ensure finalization of statutory financial statements in accordance and tax requirement
- Internal control and governance
- Service quality assurance
Taxation Compliance & Governance
- Determine the company's tax position and the applicability of taxable/non-taxable instruments
- Responsible for leading the tax audit
- Monitor and lead the preparation of tax return required for local tax compliance
- Direct and co-ordinate with government departments for smooth closure of tax assessment
- Drive tax planning process to ensure reduce tax liability for the company
- Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Accounting or related field
- 5 years experience in accounting and financial operations function with multinational companies and at least 3years in managerial position
- Audit Firm's experience, Tax Knowledge, Consistence budget, balance sheet
- Excellent communications and leadership skill
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized while multi-tasking
- Strong organizational skills, be detailed oriented and command excellent time management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English , Thai language will be an advantage
- Computer literacy especially in MS Office
